YOGA AND MIND/BODY SKILLS CLASSES FOR ALL
Individual and group yoga. Yoga classes combine poses,breathing and relaxation with thai massage. Guided meditation and relaxation also available.
Yoga promotes flexibility, tones the body, enhances vitality, cultivates balance and calms the mind.
Mind/Body skills assist the individual with developing self-awareness and self-care techniques to prevent and treat physical and mental illness.
Kimberly, a registered Yoga Teacher and has taught yoga in the Indianapolis area since 2005. Kimberly also has a Doctorate degree in Clinical Psychology. She has received advanced training from The center for mind body medicine.
Yoga and mind body skills group currently suspended for the summer.
